The cotton shell is made from high-quality sateen cotton with a thread count of 300. The filling is firmly tacked to the edge of the inside of the cotton cover to prevent the floss filling from slipping around inside, so you never have to worry about the floss being displaced inside the cover. A side zipper is set on the side of the pillow for you to inspect the silk floss filling should you have any doubt about our silk’s authenticity.
